1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Anisette
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Water
1/4 Teaspoon of Powdered Sugar
Dash of Orange Bitters

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
