Acapulco Clam Digger Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Tequila
3 fluid ounces or 9 centilitres of Tomato Juice
3 fluid ounces or 9 centilitres of Clam Juice
3/4 Tablespoon Horseradish
Splash of Lemon Juice (Fresh)
Worcestershire Sauce (To taste)
Tabasco Sauce (To taste)
3 fluid ounces or 9 centilitres of Tomato Juice
3 fluid ounces or 9 centilitres of Clam Juice
3/4 Tablespoon Horseradish
Splash of Lemon Juice (Fresh)
Worcestershire Sauce (To taste)
Tabasco Sauce (To taste)
Instructions:
Mix over cracked ice in an lowball glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon. Note: you can substitute Clamato juice (6 ounce) for the tomato juice and the clam juice.
