Bali Hai Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Light Rum
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Aguardiente
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Lime Juice (Fresh)
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Lemon Juice (Fresh)
1 Teaspoon of Orgeat Syrup
1 Teaspoon of Grenadine
Fill with Champagne (Or sparkling wine)
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Aguardiente
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Lime Juice (Fresh)
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Lemon Juice (Fresh)
1 Teaspoon of Orgeat Syrup
1 Teaspoon of Grenadine
Fill with Champagne (Or sparkling wine)
Instructions:
Shake ingredients (except champagne) with cracked ice and pour into a collins glass. Fill with champagne.
