1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Galliano
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Creme de Banane
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Half and Half Cream

Blend with cracked ice until smooth and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
