Cabernet Cobbler Cocktail

Ingredients:
4 fluid ounces or 12 centilitres of Cabernet (Chilled)
1 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice (Fresh)
1 Teaspoon of Superfine Sugar
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Sparkling Water (Chilled)
1 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice (Fresh)
1 Teaspoon of Superfine Sugar
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Sparkling Water (Chilled)
Instructions:
In a large wine glass, dissolve the sugar in the lemon juice and the water. Add the some cracked ice and pour the claret. Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice.
