Cadiz Cocktail

Ingredients:
3/4 a fluid ounce or 2.25 centilitres of Dry Sherry
3/4 a fluid ounce or 2.25 centilitres of Blackberry Brandy
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Triple Sec
1 Tablespoon Light Cream
3/4 a fluid ounce or 2.25 centilitres of Blackberry Brandy
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Triple Sec
1 Tablespoon Light Cream
Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a old-fashioned glass.
