Cafe San Juan Cocktail

Ingredients:
1 & 1/4 fluid ounces or 3.75 centilitres of Dark Rum
4 fluid ounces or 12 centilitres of Coffee (Cold and Strong)
Sugar
4 fluid ounces or 12 centilitres of Coffee (Cold and Strong)
Sugar
Instructions:
Pour coffee and rum into ice cube filled hi-ball glass. Add sugar to taste. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
