Calm Voyage Cocktail
Ingredients:
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of White Rum
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Strega
1 Tablespoon Passion Fruit Syrup
2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
1/2 Egg White
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Strega
1 Tablespoon Passion Fruit Syrup
2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
1/2 Egg White
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup crushed ice in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
