Calypso Cocktail

Ingredients:
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Gold Rum
1 Teaspoon of Falernum
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Pineapple Juice
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Lemon Juice (Fresh)
Dash of Angostura Bitters
1 Teaspoon of Falernum
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Pineapple Juice
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Lemon Juice (Fresh)
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
