Danish Gin Fizz Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Gin
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Cherry Heering
1 Teaspoon of Kirsch
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Lime Juice (Fresh)
1/2 Teaspoon of Superfine Sugar
Fill with Sparkling Water
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Cherry Heering
1 Teaspoon of Kirsch
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Lime Juice (Fresh)
1/2 Teaspoon of Superfine Sugar
Fill with Sparkling Water
Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain over ice cubes into a highball glass. Gently stir in the sparkling water and garnish with a maraschino cherry and a lime slice.
