Derby Fizz Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Scotch
1 Teaspoon of Triple Sec
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Lemon Juice (Fresh)
1/2 Teaspoon of Superfine Sugar
1 Egg
Fill with Sparkling Water
1 Teaspoon of Triple Sec
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Lemon Juice (Fresh)
1/2 Teaspoon of Superfine Sugar
1 Egg
Fill with Sparkling Water
Instructions:
Shake vigorously all the ingredients (except the water) with cracked ice and strain over ice cubes into a collins glass. Gently stir in the sparkling water.
