Eagle Cocktail

Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Gin
3/4 a fluid ounce or 2.25 centilitres of Creme Yvette
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 Teaspoon of Sugar
1 Egg White
3/4 a fluid ounce or 2.25 centilitres of Creme Yvette
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 Teaspoon of Sugar
1 Egg White
Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a wine glass.
