1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Brandy
1/2 Teaspoon of Pineapple Juice
1/2 Teaspoon of Triple Sec
1 Teaspoon of Jamaica Rum
Dash of Bitters

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the twist of a lemon peel and a cherry.
