East India Cocktail #2 Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Brandy
3/4 a fluid ounce or 2.25 centilitres of Pineapple Juice
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Orange Curacao
3/4 a fluid ounce or 2.25 centilitres of Pineapple Juice
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Orange Curacao
Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
