Eclipse Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Sloe Gin
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Gin
1/2 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
Grenadine
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Gin
1/2 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
Grenadine
Instructions:
Pour enough grenadine in a cocktail glass to cover an olive. Shake the remaining ingredients with ice and slowly strain into the cocktail glass to create a layer on top of the grenadine.
