Ingredients:
1 Egg White
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Grapefruit Juice
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Dry Gin
1/2 Teaspoon of Sugar
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Grapefruit Juice
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Dry Gin
1/2 Teaspoon of Sugar
Instructions:
Frappe in a champagne flute.
