Eggnog - Healthy Cocktail

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Egg Substitute
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1/3 a fluid ounce or 1 centilitre of Evaporated Skimmed Milk
3/4 a fluid ounce or 2.25 centilitres of Skimmed Milk
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
3 fluid ounces or 9 centilitres of Rum
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1/3 a fluid ounce or 1 centilitre of Evaporated Skimmed Milk
3/4 a fluid ounce or 2.25 centilitres of Skimmed Milk
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
3 fluid ounces or 9 centilitres of Rum
Instructions:
Whip egg substitute and sugar together, combine with the two kinds of milk, vanilla, and rum. Mix well. Chill overnight. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Makes 6 servings.
