Elk's Own Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Blended Scotch whiskey
3/4 a fluid ounce or 2.25 centilitres of Port
Juice of 1/4 Lemon
1 Teaspoon of Powdered Sugar
1 Egg White
3/4 a fluid ounce or 2.25 centilitres of Port
Juice of 1/4 Lemon
1 Teaspoon of Powdered Sugar
1 Egg White
Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a pineapple slice and serve.
