English Bolo Cocktail
Ingredients:
4 fluid ounces or 12 centilitres of Dry Sherry
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Sugar
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Lemon Juice

1 Cinnamon Stick
Instructions:
Pound cinnamon stick with lemon juice and sugar in an old-fashioned glass. Pour in sherry and stir.
