2 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 7.5 centilitres of Gin (or Vodka) 1 & 1/2 Teaspoons of Fino Sherry
Instructions:
In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin or vodka and the sherry. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
