Gin-Cassis Fizz Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 7.5 centilitres of Gin
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Superfine Sugar
4 fluid ounces or 12 centilitres of Club Soda
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Creme de Cassis
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Superfine Sugar
4 fluid ounces or 12 centilitres of Club Soda
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Creme de Cassis
Instructions:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the Club Soda. Stir well. Drop the cassis into the centre of the drink.
