Gin Fix Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 Teaspoon of Superfine Sugar
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons of Water
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Gin
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons of Water
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Gin
Instructions:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the sugar, lemon juice, and water. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with crushed ice. Add the gin. Stir well and garnish with a cherry and a lemon slice.
