Halfcast Russian Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Tia Maria
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Vodka
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Cappuccino (Preferabl Father o'leary's cappuccino)
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Vodka
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Cappuccino (Preferabl Father o'leary's cappuccino)
Instructions:
Pour the Tia Maria and the vodka over ice in a lowball glass, then layer on the cappuccino with a teaspoon. It will sink to the bottom leaving a swirling marbled effect. Garnish with a drink stirrer and serve.
