Harvard Cooler Cocktail

Ingredients:
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Carbonated Water
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Apple Brandy
1/2 Teaspoon of Powdered Sugar
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Apple Brandy
1/2 Teaspoon of Powdered Sugar
Instructions:
Pour 2 ounce carbonated water in a collins glass. Add powdered sugar and stir. Add ice cubes and apple brandy. Fill with carbonated water and stir again. Garnish with the twist of a lemon peel and a spiral of orange so that it dangles over the rim of the glass.
