Hat Trick #2 Cocktail

Ingredients:
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of White Rum
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Dry Vermouth
Dash of Bitters
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Dry Vermouth
Dash of Bitters
Instructions:
In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, vermouth, and Bitters. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
