Ice Palace Cocktail

Ingredients:
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of White Rum
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Galliano
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Apricot Brandy
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Pineapple Juice
1/4 a fluid ounce or 7.5 milliliters of Lemon Juice
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Galliano
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Apricot Brandy
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Pineapple Juice
1/4 a fluid ounce or 7.5 milliliters of Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry.
