Key Lime Quencher Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 & 1/4 fluid ounces or 3.75 centilitres of Dark Rum
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Lime Juice
3 fluid ounces or 9 centilitres of Heavy Cream
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Coconut Cream
1 Teaspoon of Sugar
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Lime Juice
3 fluid ounces or 9 centilitres of Heavy Cream
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Coconut Cream
1 Teaspoon of Sugar
Instructions:
Blend with 12 ounce crushed ice until smooth. Serve in 16 ounce specialty glass and garnish with a lime wheel and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
