1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Skyy Vodka
Splash of 7-Up
Cranberry Juice

Mix spirits and cranberry juice in a cocktail glass. Add a splash or two of 7-Up, stir and garnish with a wheel of lime and a cherry.
