Orange Blossom Special Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Peach Schnapps
2 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 7.5 centilitres of Lemon Lime Soda
3 fluid ounces or 9 centilitres of Sherbet (Orange)
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Vanilla Ice Cream
2 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 7.5 centilitres of Light Cream
2 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 7.5 centilitres of Lemon Lime Soda
3 fluid ounces or 9 centilitres of Sherbet (Orange)
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Vanilla Ice Cream
2 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 7.5 centilitres of Light Cream
Instructions:
Blend with 6 ice cubes until smooth and pour into a parfait glass. Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.
