Pain Killer #2 Cocktail

Ingredients:
4 fluid ounces or 12 centilitres of Pusser's Rum
4 fluid ounces or 12 centilitres of Pineapple Juice
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Orange Juice
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Coconut Cream
4 fluid ounces or 12 centilitres of Pineapple Juice
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Orange Juice
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Coconut Cream
Instructions:
Mix together in a large glass, garnish with a pineapple slice. This drink originates from Virgin Gorda (British Virgin Islands)
