2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Gin
1 Teaspoon of Scotch
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Dry Vermouth

Stir all ingredients over ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass rimmed with scotch. Garnish with the twist of a lemon peel and serve.
