Queens Park Swizzle Cocktail

Ingredients:
1 & 1/4 fluid ounces or 3.75 centilitres of Dark Rum
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Sweet and Sour Mix
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Simple Syrup
3 Mint Leaves
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Sweet and Sour Mix
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Simple Syrup
3 Mint Leaves
Instructions:
Squeeze lime and drop shell into 14 ounce glass. Add 1 mint leaf. Add shave ice and remaining ingredients, except mint. Stir until glass is frosty. Garnish with remaining mint leaves.
