Quentin Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Dark Rum
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Kahlua
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Light Cream
1/8 Teaspoon of Nutmeg (Grated)
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Kahlua
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Light Cream
1/8 Teaspoon of Nutmeg (Grated)
Instructions:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, Kahlua, and cream. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
