Raspberry Cheesecake Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Cream Cheese (Softened)
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of White Creme de Cacao
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Black Raspberry Liqueur
2 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of White Creme de Cacao
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Black Raspberry Liqueur
2 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions:
Blend with 1/2 cup of ice until smooth and pour into a parfait glass.
