1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Amaretto
2 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream

Mix in a blender and serve in a hurricane glass or a snifter. Garnish with a swirl of whipped cream.
