3 fluid ounces or 9 centilitres of Absolut Citron Vodka (Chilled)
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Sweet Vermouth
2 Tablespoons Superfine Sugar
Juice of 5 Lemons (Fresh and ripe)

Mix all the ingredients in a shaker. Shake at least 40 times with cracked ice. This will ensure perfection. Before pouring into a chilled martini glass, dip the rim into some Superfine Granulated Sugar. Pour strained liquor into your martini glass.
