Scotch Bird Flyer Cocktail

Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Scotch
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Triple Sec
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Light Cream
1/2 Teaspoon of Powdered Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Triple Sec
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Light Cream
1/2 Teaspoon of Powdered Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
Instructions:
Shake with ice, strain into a champagne flute, and serve.
