Tartan Swizzle Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Lime Juice
1 Teaspoon of Superfine Sugar
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Scotch
Dash of Bitters
3 fluid ounces or 9 centilitres of Club Soda
1 Teaspoon of Superfine Sugar
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Scotch
Dash of Bitters
3 fluid ounces or 9 centilitres of Club Soda
Instructions:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine lime juice, sugar, Scotch, and Bitters. Shake well. Almost fill a collins glass with crushed ice. Stir until glass is frosted. Strain mixture in shaker into the glass and add the Club Soda.
