Vesuvio Cocktail

Ingredients:
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of White Rum
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Sweet Vermouth
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 Teaspoon of Powdered Sugar
1 Egg White
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Sweet Vermouth
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 Teaspoon of Powdered Sugar
1 Egg White
Instructions:
Shake with ice, strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes, and serve.
