Via Veneto Cocktail

Ingredients:
1 & 3/4 fluid ounces or 5.25 centilitres of Brandy (Italian)
2 Teaspoons of Sambuca
2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Sugar Syrup
1/2 Egg White
2 Teaspoons of Sambuca
2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Sugar Syrup
1/2 Egg White
Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
