Washington Cocktail

Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Dry Vermouth
3/4 a fluid ounce or 2.25 centilitres of Brandy
1/2 Teaspoon of Sugar Syrup
2 dashes of Bitters
3/4 a fluid ounce or 2.25 centilitres of Brandy
1/2 Teaspoon of Sugar Syrup
2 dashes of Bitters
Instructions:
Stir with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
