Whiskey Flip Cocktail

Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Blended Scotch whiskey
2 Teaspoons of Light Cream
1 Teaspoon of Powdered Sugar
1 Egg
2 Teaspoons of Light Cream
1 Teaspoon of Powdered Sugar
1 Egg
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a sour glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
