Canadian Hot Drink

Ingredients:
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Dark Rum
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Maple Syrup
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Butter
Pinch of Allspice
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Water
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Maple Syrup
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Butter
Pinch of Allspice
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Water
Instructions:
Heat butter, Allspice, brown sugar and maple syrup in the water until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat, stir in rum and pour into a mug. Serve with glowing coals of bonfire and cold mountain air.
