Capriccio Hot Drink
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Brandy
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Creme de Cafe
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Amaretto
Coffee (Hot)
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Brandy
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Creme de Cafe
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Amaretto
Coffee (Hot)
Instructions:
Coat a rim of an Irish coffee mug with cinnamon and put the sugar in the bottom. Pour in the brandy and liqueurs and fill to 3/4's with coffee. Top with whipped cream, toasted almond slices and a cherry.
