Christmas Yule Eggnog #2 Hot Drink

Ingredients:
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Amaretto
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Whiskey
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Rum
6 Egg Whites (Beaten)
6 Egg Yolks
6 Tablespoons Sugar
1 quart or 95 centilitres of Heavy Cream
Dash of Vanilla Extract
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Whiskey
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Rum
6 Egg Whites (Beaten)
6 Egg Yolks
6 Tablespoons Sugar
1 quart or 95 centilitres of Heavy Cream
Dash of Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
Mix the liquors, the sugar and the egg yolks and let it sit for approximately 15 minutes. Then slowly stir in the cream and fold in the egg whites. Add the dah of vanilla extract to cover the taste of the whiskey. Finish by topping off each glass with a sprinkle nugmeg and a cinnamon stick. Makes 6 servings.
