Dr. Johnsons Choice Hot Drink
Ingredients:
2 bottles of Red Wine
10 fluid ounces or 30 centilitres of Orange Curacao
10 fluid ounces or 30 centilitres of Brandy
2 pints or 94 centilitres of Water (Boiling)
24 lumps Sugar
12 Cloves
10 fluid ounces or 30 centilitres of Orange Curacao
10 fluid ounces or 30 centilitres of Brandy
2 pints or 94 centilitres of Water (Boiling)

12 Cloves
Instructions:
Mix the wine, the sugar and the cloves and bring almost to a boil. Add the other ingredients and serve in mugs. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
