Spanish Coffee #2 Hot Drink

Ingredients:
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Bacardi 151 Proof Rum
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Triple Sec
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Kahlua
Dash of Nutmeg
Dash of Cinnamon
Coffee
Whipped Cream
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Triple Sec
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Kahlua
Dash of Nutmeg
Dash of Cinnamon
Coffee
Whipped Cream
Instructions:
Rim coffee glass with cinnamon and sugar. Add 151 rum and ignite. Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon for effect and let heat for 10-20 seconds. The heat will caramelize the sugar rim. Keep it lit while adding the Triple Sec, Kahlua and coffee. Extinguish with whipped cream and garnish with cinnamon.
