Barley Punch

Ingredients:
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Barley
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Sugar
1 Lime (You just need the peel)
6 cups of Water
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Sugar
1 Lime (You just need the peel)
6 cups of Water
Instructions:
Boil and stir constantly until the barley is thoroughly cooked. Strain and chill. Serve in punch cups and garnish with slices of lime.
