Boston Cream

Ingredients:
2.5lb or 1125g of Sugar
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Citric Acid
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (Concentrated)
3 pints or 141 centilitres of Water (Boiling)
Baking Soda
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Citric Acid
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (Concentrated)
3 pints or 141 centilitres of Water (Boiling)
Baking Soda
Instructions:
Mix well the citric acid, the sugar and the boiling water until the sugar has dissolved, then let cool. Stir in the lemon juice, chill, bottle and store. Note: Use as a tonic, mixing a pinch of baking soda and a teaspoon of the mixture for every glass of water.
