Cider Eggnog

Ingredients:
4 fluid ounces or 12 centilitres of Light Cream
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon of Powdered Sugar
Fill with Cider (Sweet)
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon of Powdered Sugar
Fill with Cider (Sweet)
Instructions:
Shake the sugar, the cream and the egg with ice. Strain over ice in 2 collins glasses, fill with cider and sprinkle with nutmeg.
